Get Radeon, overclock it a little (www.rage3d.com) and enjoy great 2D and good budget gaming at 32bit.Hewligan

Don't just oc the radeon, enable Hyper Z to..then your card will be signifigantly better than a gf2mx, especialy in 32bit

I'd advise you to get the Radeon also. I got the MX, and actually love the card, but within a month or so wished I'd went for the Radeon instead. The MX was meant to plug up the hole in time between new card releases, but as that hole got bigger, I wished I had just spent the (then) extra $25.Now I'm waiting ostensibly for the Radeon2 MAXX, which looks like it's what, a year away, if ever? There was supposed to be a Radeon MAXX, too. I don't think you'd be unhappy with the MX, I'm not. But for longevity, and if you like 32MB color, then definately go for Radeon.

The LE has hyper Z disabled u need to enable it with a tweaker @ www.rage3d.com u also need to over clock it to atleast 170/170 to match the performance of the regular 32meg DDR card. Right now im running a Rade0n 64meg DDR w/vivo overclocked to 235/436 and its alot faster then my geforce 2 ultra.

jesus dude, that's a serious OC for your radeon LOL... i clocked mine at 185/185 and after about 6 hours of running anything 3d, it goes all wacky. i never noticed this with the last raid-on tweaker, so i think it has to do with the ram timings being more unstable when the chips get hotter or something... is the default for speed "medium" on the ram for a 32ddr AIW?
