    best driver for nvidia geforce?
    By talldude May 12, 2001, 11:45 PM

I've got a creative geforce 256, but creative drivers suck, so i'm trying to get some of nvidias drivers. I was just wondering what would be the best, and where to get it.

i'm curious, what is wrong with your current drivers?

and the best place is just go to www.nvidia.com and download their 6.31 drivers. I have them and they work perfect.
I wouldn't trust other sites with drivers cause you might run into leaked drivers and just give yourself a bunch of headaches.

i agree with fast. i downloaded all kinds of drivers for geforce from all sorts of sites. even the so called 12.00 wqhl certified or wutever. well first I downloaded some 8 version and found out i could not overclock with those drivers. tried some other drivers and i spent days trying to figure out why my monitor drivers wont work anymore. nvidia.com is best place i believe.

1200's work great for me. I know that the intial drivers i got with my geforce 256 really sucked and FSAA didnt work correctly.

dell's support site have 12.10 or 12.20 as it's offical drivers for geforce cards
