Although Gremlin Interactive looks to be heading the way of fun and simplistic gameplay, they are however deadly serious when it comes to Buggy's 3D engine. It'll be slapped up to date and tickled pink with support for 3D graphics cards. Native 3Dfx and PowerVR versions are in the works as is an 'accelerated' MMX version (is that possible?). PC owners with a 3D card can therefor look forward to the delights of lighting, smoke, real-time shadows, fogging, pyrotechnic effects et al. In fact Buggy's 3D graphics will cater to anyone's need providing you own any D3D compatible 3D accelerator.

If all goes well Buggy will be published by Fox Interactive on the Playstation shortly and superseded by a late summer release on the PC- batteries not included (ho hum!). In the meantime take a gander at some of these pretty pictures that Gremlin so kindly let loose.
