Other than a couple of huge drops on the two fastest XEON processors, we see no more movement in the Intel chart than we found in the AMD pricing. And since Pentium 4-3.06 GHz processors have yet to reach retailers, we don't even have a new price list addition to help spice things up a bit.
With COMDEX going on this week and the holidays right around the corner, it would have been nice to see something more exciting in at least one of the price charts. But alas, it's just more of the same with prices on both Intel and AMD charts holding steady. Let's cross our fingers that the new Pentium 4-3.06 GHz Hyper-Threading processor and AMD's higher-end models will start to move overall prices downward.
