The Intel chart has some definite ups and downs, with the biggest drop ($16 to the Pentium 4-1.8 GHz), being offset by the biggest increase, also of $16 (to the Pentium 4-2.8 GHz). Overall, though, prices are mostly heading steady as we move further into the year without rumor of our first round of across-the-board price cuts.
I know you're getting tired of hearing (or is it seeing?) it... but we have little to report that is going to excite you. With CPU prices mostly holding steady and the only recently announced cuts or releases being on mobile processors, prices have little reason to move at the moment.
