A $10 drop on the price of the 2.8GHz Pentium 4 520 is about as exciting as the Intel section of this guide gets this month. And cutting $15 off the price of the Pentium 4-3.4GHz Extreme Edition may initially seem more significant until you notice that that leaves it at a price of $979, which is still well out of most buyers' price-ranges.
A couple of noticeable price drops peppering the guide, especially on the AMD Athlon 64 side, keep it from being uniformly stagnant. But for the most part, prices are pretty much where they've been for the past weeks, with few processors decreasing in price at all and only a couple dropping by enough to get anyone excited.
