Though not as exciting as last week's guide, our Intel charts do contain a couple of double-digit price cuts, including a hefty $14 drop on the price of the Pentium 4-3.2C GHz OEM. Beyond a handful of such modest drops, limited mostly to the 3.0 GHz or higher end of the scale, Intel prices are fairly steady this week.
Last week's rollercoaster of CPU prices has pretty much leveled out, with only modest price drops to be found from either the AMD or Intel camps and most prices holding steady. With another quarter about to start, though, hopefully we'll see a host of new product releases, which will definitely help to get prices moving again.
