As in the AMD section of the guide, the Intel price list is remarkably stable and we see only one significant cut in the Intel charts: a $29 drop in the price of the 3.8GHz Pentium 4 570J. The rest of the Pentium 4 and Celeron listings are holding steady, and even the recently-volatile Pentium 4 XEON models are showing absolutely no price change.
There's very little in the way of significant price movement and virtually nothing to get excited about in this week's guide, with only one noteworthy drop to be found from each of the AMD and Intel CPU charts. Those specifically looking to buy a high-end Pentium 4 570J or Athlon FX-55 might be pleased, but the value and mainstream buyers will find no cause for joy in this week's guide.
