As in the AMD charts, we see only one processor drop by more than a few dollars in this week's Intel charts. The 3.6GHz Pentium 4 560J posted an $18 drop, and this is about as exciting as it gets for Intel bargain hunters. Unfortunately, most of the LGA775 and Socket 478 models are holding steady and to make matters worse, some of the new EM64T-enabled Pentium 4 6xx series have started inching upwards in price.
Overall, it's been another slow week for AMD and Intel CPU prices, with only two processors showing any real downward movement, with the rest remaining stable or moving up or down a few dollars. But as the weather begins to warm up, we're also hoping to see some thawing in our Weekly CPU Price Guide.
