For the most part, this week's Intel prices are about as stagnant as what we just witnessed in the AMD charts. There are a few exceptions, however, with $11 drops in the price of the 3.6GHz Pentium 4 560J and 3.8GHz Pentium 4 570J and a big $20 cut to the price of the Pentium 4 XEON 3.4GHz keeping things somewhat interesting at the high-end of the Intel market.
A handful of price drops scattered among the CPU guide keep this week's edition from being as uneventful as last week's but it's still nothing to write home about. Surprisingly, the Intel side showed more downward activity than the AMD list, but overall prices remain fairly steady, with most remaining right where they've been for weeks and none dropping by enough to really heat things up.
