If you were hoping that the Intel chart would be more exciting than the AMD section of the guide, prepare to be disappointed. For yet another week, Intel prices are holding right where they've been for a while, with none dropping by more than a few dollars. The only noticeable activity took place with in the Pentium 5xx and 6xx series processors, and even then it was quite limited.
This week's CPU price guide is uneventful to say the least, but given that last week's was chock full of price increases, uneventful can be a relatively good thing. With another quarter coming to a close and this traditionally being a time of year when Intel and AMD processor prices tend to drop, though, we're hoping for some significant downward movement in the coming weeks.
