A couple of modest price drops keep this week's Intel charts from being completely devoid of downward price movement, although there are a few price increases scattered through the chart as well. There are no real trends to report, other than nominal drops through the Pentium D 800 series, and the overwhelming majority of tracked Intel prices continue to stagnate for yet another consecutive week.
It was nice while it lasted; but we all knew that the kinds of wild price drops we saw in recent weeks couldn't remain as common as they were for very long. Still, the price activity over the last few weeks has created some very nice CPU values, and although overall prices are quite stagnant this week, there are still a few diamonds in the rough.
