As far as price activity is concerned, there is little more to report in this week's Intel charts than what we saw in the AMD section of the guide. A handful of modest drops are scattered amidst mostly stagnant prices, and just like in the AMD chart, there is absolutely nothing going on at the high-end. However, the return of some XEON processors to the guide will at least widen the playing field and give us more to keep track of in the coming weeks.
When it comes to rainfall, Spring may come in like a lion; but as far as price drops go, so far, it's barely been a lamb. For yet another week, small price drops are all there is to find in the weekly CPU price guide; and even those are few and far between. Some new Celeron D and XEON processor additions on the Intel side are the big news this week, as the CPU prices are certainly not making any headlines.
