Intel Comments

Of the 25 prices we track in the Intel charts, only three fell at all from last week's prices. And those three, furthermore, fell by such small amounts (two by $2 and one by $5) that they're unlikely to draw much notice.

General Comments

While a handful of small-to-modest drops can be found scattered throughout the guide, by and large prices continue to hold steady. And with new products coming along more as a trickle than a stream, that might not change all too soon. But who knows? With a new quarter approaching in the coming weeks, we can always hope that existing processors will experience some more significant price cuts than we've been seeing in recent issues of the guide.
