Intel Comments

Price drops are almost as rare a find in this week's Intel charts as in the AMD sections of the guide. While a few prices did drop by small amounts, none fell by very much and most held right where they've been for weeks.

General Comments

As we approach the end of the year's third quarter, the overwhelming majority of the prices we track continue to hold right where they've been for weeks. We remain hopeful, though, that the coming quarter will bring new products into the charts and drive prices on existing models downward.
