As in the AMD chart, the overwhelming majority of the Intel prices we track continued to hold right where they've been for weeks. One, Core2 Quad Q8300, fell by the fairly significant amount of $25. But given that this reflects an early "Black Friday" sale price, we won't be too surprised if we see its price move right back up in the coming weeks' guide.
A handful of modest drops, along with one more significant one, can be found scattered among the prices we tracked in this week's guide. But by and large, prices continued to hold steady, continuing the trend we've grown all too used to seeing in the past weeks.
