Intel Comments

While the majority of the Intel prices we track held steady in this week's guide, four of them did fall slightly, with the biggest being a $10 drop in the tracked price of the Core i7 Extreme 975. More noteworthy, perhaps, is the guide debut of a number of processors, including three Core i5's and three Core i7's.

General Comments

With few exceptions, prices continued to hold steady in this week's guide. A few small drops can be found here and there, but none of the processors we track fell by enough to cause much of a stir.
