We see a few more modest price drops in the Intel chart, this week, but we also see some significant price increases on their fastest P4 processors. The retail 2GHz P4 went up by only $2, but the OEM version went up by a whopping $21 to $438, making it more expensive than the retail boxed processor.
This week brings us little more holiday cheer than last, with few prices dropping more than a few dollars and some going up by as much as $22. With RAM prices also having recently experienced fewer drops, along with some increases, this will mean paying a bit more for that holiday upgrade you decided to give yourself as a gift.
