Intel Comments

For the most part, Intel processor prices are about as stagnant as AMD prices. One notable exception, however, is the huge $41 price increase on the 2.2GHz Northwood P4. This, however, comes partly as a result of the fact that the vendor who was selling it so cheap in previous weeks no longer has them in stock.

General Comments

We see mostly stagnant prices across both the Intel and AMD price charts, this week, with the exception of a huge spike on the listed price of the OEM 2.2GHz Northwood P4. With pricing and availability changing day to day, however, one should be reminded to always get an updated price when ready to buy, as anything we list is almost immediately outdated.
