Welcome to the Sharky Extreme Weekly CPU Prices. This is a weekly update on CPU prices we find around the net.

We have several different tables to help you find what you are looking for, sorted by manufacturer; (AMD or Intel) sorted by price; tables showing only high-end or low-end CPUs, all to make your research and subsequent buying decision a bit easier. AMD Comments

While most of the prices in the AMD section of this week's guide are holding steady, we do have one nice drop on their flagship model. This shift is mostly due to the increased availability of the 2.0GHz Athlon 64 3200+, and following the $21 drop in this week's guide, this powerhouse is now listed for less than the older Athlon XP 3200+.
