Welcome to the Sharky Extreme Weekly CPU Prices. This is a weekly update on CPU prices we find around the net.

We have several different tables to help you find what you are looking for, sorted by manufacturer; (AMD or Intel) sorted by price; tables showing only high-end or low-end CPUs, all to make your research and subsequent buying decision a bit easier. Use our handy "jump to" feature at the bottom of each page to quickly get where you need to go.

Also please note that prices change daily, while our guide is only updated weekly; so you will need to get an updated price.

AMD Comments

The biggest drop in this week's AMD charts is a $5 cut on the now-replaced Athlon 64 FX-51. Its faster-clocked sibling, the Athlon 64 FX-53 (which we saw debut in last week's guide) fell $4, leaving it at $785, or just $35 more than the FX-51. The rest of the AMD section of the guide, meanwhile, is even more stagnant, with no processors dropping by more than a few dollars.
