Welcome to the Sharky Extreme Weekly CPU Prices. This is a weekly update on CPU prices we find around the net.

We have several different tables to help you find what you are looking for, sorted by manufacturer; (AMD or Intel) sorted by price; tables showing only high-end or low-end CPUs, all to make your research and subsequent buying decision a bit easier. This week's AMD chart is a bit more sedate than last week's, with most prices holding steady. We do have one significant cut; that being a $12 drop in the price of the Athlon 64 FX-55. But given its $799 price tag, it's not likely going to be enough to get many readers to rush to make purchases.
