Welcome to the Sharky Extreme Weekly CPU Prices. This is a weekly update on CPU prices we find around the net.

We have several different tables to help you find what you are looking for, sorted by manufacturer; (AMD or Intel) sorted by price; tables showing only high-end or low-end CPUs, all to make your research and subsequent buying decision a bit easier. Use our handy "jump to" feature at the bottom of each page to quickly get where you need to go.

Also please note that prices change daily, while our guide is only updated weekly; so you will need to get an updated price.

AMD Comments

While most of the prices in this week's AMD charts are holding steady, we do see one modest price drop and one huge one. The former, a $14 cut to the price of the AM2 version of Athlon 64 X2 3800+, might not stir much excitement; but the latter, a whopping $121 drop in the price of the Athlon 64 FX-62, just might. We can only hope that it is an omen of price drops yet to come.
