In order to ensure the best combination of stability and performance, it would be wise to use PC133 SDRAM whenever trying to overclock. It's never fun to troubleshoot and determine faulty RAM as the hindrance to an extra 50 or 60MHz.

The easiest way to overclock is with the equipment you've already got inside your system. Most processors are cooled with a heatsink and fan, like our Celeron 700MHz, and are already ready already (Bacardi mixer anyone?). Pair the CPU with a motherboard capable of overclocking the front side bus, and you've got an easily accessible test bed.

We were able to get our Celeron running stably at 892MHz without any cooling modifications. Even upon adding a 70W Peltier device, we were unable to squeeze further performance from the processor.
