We were pleased with the level of customization that is being offered by ELSA. Such options as overclocking, various levels of anti-aliasing in D3D and completely comprehensive control over the monitor via ELSA's SmartSettings property tab have been included to round off one of the most robust driver packages we've worked with.
When Intel's Pentium III line moved to a .18-micron process, the big question was, "how high can I overclock one of these?" Now that NVIDIA's GeForce2 has made the same transition we find ourselves asking that very question. Different combinations of memory and core speeds provided varying levels of stability, but the ELSA card we were given seemed to perform best at 235MHz core/370MHz memory. We ran a quick High Quality test at 1600x1200 in Quake III to determine what performance the overclocked frequency setting would unleash.
