CPUs are still the powerhouses that propel the machine, so it's appropriate that we take time to go over some of the newer CPUs that made appearances at Comdex. Intel's big guns were absent from the show in large part (although we were treated to an Intel "Dixon" OEM-based laptop) so it left the door open for AMD's monstrous hype machine to go into overdrive.
