Still hungry for more? Here's a dollop of 'seconds' then with some rather excellent looking 'real-time' weather effects. Check out the Sun fading out and rain clouds rolling in. In an actual game, using the LithTech 2.0 engine, developers will be able to then advance further these 'weather changes' by adding bolts of lighting with thunder for fuller and more realistic effect.



Moving swiftly on to some of the other capabilities of LithTech 2.0 (especially for Edit freaks) are a few shots of what Monolith calls the ModelEdit. Thess shots depict the ability to control a node while the model can still play the selected animation. As Monoltih's Paul Butterfield explains,

"An example might be like having a running animation playing and then rotating his foot so now he runs with a gimp foot."
