As one of the newer breed of PC vendors, meaning that they have a large stake in an online sales capacity, QualityClick.com offers a few features that immediately caught our eye as we checked out their services.

The most novel of the services we identified is a program that allows the ability to chat via an IRC type format to a qualified QualityClick representative via any web standard browser.

This service, provided by LivePerson Network (nice name) allows a user who's contemplating the purchase of either a custom or preconfigured QualityClick PC who needs some information on the peripherals or buying selections to be able to have access to a knowledgeable person instead of just an HTML page of info.

The live rep can also provide technical support for QualityClick customers who have issues that need to be resolved once the PC is delivered.

We tested QualityClick's Live Person feature and found it to be fairly helpful for easy questions, yet not as clear or fast as a toll free phone call would have been (which QualityClick also provides).

All in all we believe that QualityClick's Live Person program is a good service that aims at something we all appreciate, which is faster more accurate information when we need it most.
