  • No doubt about it, the TNT 2 Ultra can't realistically compete with the GeForce. That is not really a surprise though, is it? Still we have to recognize that the TNT 2 Ultra is still quite capable of delivering high performance game play. With prices falling on these boards, we can expect to see the TNT 2 Ultra becoming something of a mid to low-end solution during the coming months and will serve those who are interested in saving a few bucks without compromising too much on graphics performance.

    The Outrageous 3D in particular is an interesting option due to it's complete set of features. It offers LCD and S-video output as well as SGRAM (in contrast to cheaper SDRAM) which is nice, and the bundle is still a good start for first time buyers.

    • $100 cheaper than a GeForce DDR and prices are plummeting
    • Complete set of additional features
    • Not king of the hill anymore
    • Old bundle, getting older
