Other than ASUS' own in-house (NVIDIA reference drivers) TNT2 drivers (with the slider for overclocking), DVD Software and VideoCapturing software, there's little else to harp on about. It almost slipped us by- one of our 1998 favorites is actually included. Heretic II, Raven Software's superb 3D-action game, was a very pleasant surprise indeed and a world apart from the usual bundles.
When all is said and done, ASUS is certainly the king of the Taiwanese-hill. They make top quality products that really don't look all that 'out of place' in the US market. If you're content with not having (and indeed, not paying top-dollar for) Diamond's branding, then the AGP-V3800 DELUXE is certainly the UltraTNT2 chipset for you. Perhaps a second UltraTNT2 product, without the VR Glasses, would bring the price down yet further and appeal to an even wider audience. Nonetheless at $239 you're getting a great bargain and extremely solid 2D/3D technology.
