Kingston's HyperX desktop PC memory upgrades are known for high performance, but its new HyperX LoVo (low voltage) DDR3 modules are the first to combine high speed with low power consumption for energy-conscious system builders. The flagship 4GB kit ($203) is preprogrammed with two XMP-ready profiles, running at 1.35 volts at 1866MHz and an ultra-low 1.25 volts at 1600MHz.
Other 4GB (two-DIMM) kits include 1.35 volts at 1600MHz ($158) and 1.25 volts at 1333MHz ($154). All feature memory timings of CL9-9-9-27 and have been tested in the Asus P7P55D EVO motherboard.
