At $199 for the player with a 32MB card, $329 for the player and a 64MB card, the Nomad II offers quite a bit of bang for the buck. Power users can also buy the Nomad II MG which has up to 128MB (but costs $399) but you might as well go for the 6 gigabyte Jukebox if you are going into that price range. The MG also comes with really crappy earplugs rather than headphones. If the voice recording and FM leave you cold, you'll find a better deal with a cheaper player, but for some of us those extras are invaluable. Now… if they could just make it waterproof so I could play it in the shower.
